Coach Sunday Oliseh and his boys have crashed out in the group stage of the CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN) after loosing to the Syli stars of Guinea 1:0 earlier today.
The only goal of the match was scored by Ibrahim Sankhon in the 45th minute of the first half to ensure that Guinea finishes second in the group behind Tunisia who hammered Niger Republic 5:0 today.
Nigeria finished third with four points after beating Niger 4:1 in the opening match and drawing 1:1 with Tunisia.
