Super Eagles midfielder Fegor Ogude wife Memunat has been released by her abductors. Memunat was released late on Sunday after six days in captivity.
She was whisked away in her car around 8pm on Monday when she went out with her kids. The children however, were not taken along with her.

This was confirmed by Delta State Timi Ebikagboro, who is the Dream Team media officer. He said Ogude's wife Memunat has been released, she was released minutes ago, and is now with her family,” he wrote on twitter handle on Sunday night.

We can't say if any ransom was paid, but it is the tradition of kidnappers to take something, especially cash, in return for the release of an abductor.
