The former Military Administrator of Kaduna State, Mr. Jafaru Isah had returned N100m out of the N170m he collected and was he has been given administrative bail to source for the balance of N70m by the EFCC.
The money is part of the 2.1 billion dollars loot that is currently investigated by the EFCC which has led to the arrest of top politicians in Nigeria
