The Rivers State Police showcased different ammunition's which was recovered from hoodlums in the state in the out gone year of 2015.The weapons which are about 4000 rounds of ammunition's,over 3000 locally made pistols and 5000 different types of guns were revealed at the police headquarters, Moscow road, Port-Harcourt by the state commissioner of police, Musa Kimo.
Also he used the opportunity to unveil the new official uniform of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).The new uniform is an idea conceived, executed and was recently launched by the Inspector General of Police, Solomon E. Arase, purposely for it to fit the nature of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) squad’s job and to defeat the public complaints of mistaken identity.
Speaking the commissioner of police, Musa Kimo warned the public to question any body calming to be a Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) officer but not putting on the new uniform.
