Arsenal are seeking three points to jump back into first place, following Leicester’s 3-0 win over Stoke on Saturday.
This match is likely to prove tough as Arsenal haven’t scored in the last eight hours and two minutes of Premier League football against Chelsea.
Three of the last four Premier League meetings at the Emirates have ended goalless.
The Blues, meanwhile, are still unbeaten under Guus Hiddink in the league.
Chelsea are also on a six game unbeaten run in the Premier League.
It should also be pointed out that four of Chelsea’s six league wins this season have come against teams in the bottom eight, with the others against a Crystal Palace side on the turn and an Arsenal lineup reduced to nine men.
