Governor Wike said this while swearing in the new care taker committee chairman of ONELGA Prince Isaac Umejare and that of Etche Local Government Area Michael Amadi on Wednesday in Port Harcourt.
Governor Wike said the state can no longer watch ONELGA degenerate into a community lacking law and order.
