Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp claims England will suffer at major international tournaments due to the nature of congested fixtures in the Premier League.
Though the Three Lions qualified for next summer’s European Championship unbeaten in 10 matches under the tutelage of former West Bromwich Albion and Liverpool coach Roy Hodgson and Klopp hailed the players as very good.
But the 48-year-old German tactician fears lack of a winter break in the country would count against England in France next year.
“You have too many games, that’s for sure,” Klopp told Football Focus.
“You have no break, too many tournaments.
“I think everybody knows that’s not the

“But they’ve had no break for one year. All the other teams have. You can be [successful] but it’s much harder.
