Super Eagles and Watford striker Odion Ighalo became the first Watford player since the inception of the Premier League in 1992,to score in five consecutive matches.

The Nigeria international has now registered his name on the score sheet five times in a row,after he scored against Chelsea.His goal scoring run started when he found the net in the 17th minute on game week 14 against Aston Villa.

The 26 - year - old has netted at least one goal in all the matches he played in December, against Norwich City, Sunderland and Liverpool and now Chelsea.
