The father of IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, His Royal Highness Eze Israel Kanu, has thanked President Buhari wholeheartedly for releasing his son.
He said and i quote “My family and the entire people of Afara Ukwu (in Umuahia,Abia State) are happy over the release of our son and we shall continue to thank God and Nigerians for this happy event.”
He went further to thank well meaning Nigerians for there prayers and intervention.
In a nutshell left a word of advice for pro-Biafra protesters urging them to go about their agitations in a peaceful manner.
You will recall that the Abuja Federal High Court, presided over by Justice Adeniyi Ademola on Thursday, December 17, 2015, ordered the DSS to immediately release Mr Nnamdi Kanu
Stating that his continued detention by the DSS was illegal.
Nnamdi Kanu was reportedly arrested by the Department of State Services (DSS) in his hotel room.
