Islamic State has sanctioned killing 'non-believers' to harvest their organs and give them to dying Muslims in need of it.
This was revealed in a document on January 31 this year and states that Muslim life must be preserved, even if it means killing 'apostates' to keep them alive by using their organs.
The document, seen by the Reuters news agency, was discovered by US officials during a special forces raid in eastern Syria in May.
Islamic state defines apostates a person who doesn't believe in Islam or has turned their back on Islam.
