In respect to the Appeal Court striking decision on Dec 18,which nullified the victory of Akwa Ibom state Governor,Emmanuel Udom,some APC faithful took to the street to celebrate the judgement.
You will recall that a five-man panel of the Appeal Court ordered that fresh elections should be conducted in all 31 Local Government Areas of the state.
The victory of Emmanuel Udom of the PDP in the April 11 Gubernatorial election was challenged by (APC) Okon Umana of the the All Progressives Congress(APC)
