The court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has upheld the election of four PDP lawmakes in the Rivers State House of Assembly.
Those affected by the judgement are; Hon Evans Bipi representing Ogu/Bolo Constituency,Hon Okpokiri Wanaka Okpokiri representing Ahoda West Constituency,Hon Nathaniel Owaji representing Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni constituency 2 and Opurum Iroayan representing Etche Constituency 1
Meanwhile Hon Sam Ogeh representing Emohua constituency lost his appeal and a rerun election was ordered.

Hon Evans Bipi dedicated his victory to God and the prayers of his supporters who called and encouraged him daily.
He pledged to fulfill his campaign promises.
