A court of appeal sitting in Abuja has upheld the election of 15 lawmakers in Rivers State.The court also went further to order fresh election within 90 days.
Those affected by the judgement are former speaker Ikunyi Owaji-Ibani representing Andoni Costituency,Tekena Grandville of Asari and others
The appeal court judgement is in favour of APC's Dressman Otobor,Golden Chioma and some other APC House of Assembly candidates that approached the court of Appeal.
Meanwhile the faith of 15 lawmakers of the PDP will be decided today after the APC challenged the authenticity of their victories at the poll.
